Emily has worked as an editorial intern at London Planner and London Where, a production intern at NewsNation and a public relations intern at Nike Communications. She served as the Director of Written Publications for Hook'd Magazine, the Social Media Director and a writer for Her Campus Texas, and a writer within the life and arts department of The Daily Texan.

Along with storytelling, Emily enjoys traveling the world. She didn’t travel much growing up, so now she takes every chance she can to hop on a plane. In addition to spontaneous ski trips to Colorado and hikes around the Grand Canyon with her best friends, she spent a semester interning in New York and a summer studying abroad in London.
